From the first Excimer Laser PRK in 1991 to groundbreaking research on prototypes like the VICTUS Femtosecond Laser, HIFU and MiniJect GDD, his trailblazing achievements span decades. - 1991 – Established the first Excimer Laser Centre in Chester, Liverpool, UK.
- 1991 – Performed the first Excimer Laser PRK with Summit Machine.
- 1995 – Conducted the first LASIK procedure in England.
- 1996 – Performed the first LASIK procedure in India.
- 2001 – Introduced the first Artisan PIOL in India (from Holland).
- 2001 – Conducted the first Zyoptix procedure in Andhra Pradesh.
- 2005 – Performed the first ICL procedure in India (from Switzerland).
- 2009 – Conducted the first Accommodative Crystalens procedure in India.
- 2010 – Installed the first Zyoptix 217P Excimer Laser machine in South Asia.
- 2010 – Installed the first Technolas 520F Femto Second Laser Work Station (INTRACOR machine) in South Asia.
- 2011 – Conducted the first Supracor procedure for Presbyopic Correction in Asia.
- 2010–2012 – Led the first research in the world on the VICTUS Femtosecond Laser cataract surgery machine prototype (TECHNOLAS).
- 2012 – Installed the first Wavetech ORA system in India at Maxivision, Hyderabad.
- 2013 – Conducted research on the first TENEO 317 Excimer Laser prototype machine.
- 2014 – Led research on the HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) Machine prototype for glaucoma (France).
- 2017 – Conducted the first human trials of the GDD MiniJect prototype for iSTAR (Belgium).

- Artisan PIOL for High Myopia: Collaborated with Prof. John Worse in Holland to introduce Alpha PIOL in India, improving accessibility and treatment for high myopia.
- Posterior Chamber PIOL: Partnered with Staar ICL, Switzerland, to develop advanced Posterior Chamber PIOLs for enhanced vision correction.
- VICTUS FLACS Machine: Led research on TECHNOLAS Bausch & Lomb’s Femto Laser-Assisted Cataract Surgery (FLACS) device, approved by CE and FDA after successful trials in India. Inaugurated by Late President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
- Teneo Excimer Laser Machine: Introduced on-table Biometry with Alcon ORA, pioneering precision in refractive surgeries in Asia.
- Glaucoma Drainage Device (MiniJect GDD): Conducted trials for iSTAR, Belgium, improving treatment for glaucoma.
- PHACOTECHMIX/PHACOMIX: Innovated a new approach to cataract surgery, enhancing surgical outcomes.
