- 1991 – Established the first Excimer Laser Centre in Chester, Liverpool, UK.
- 1991 – Performed the first Excimer Laser PRK with Summit Machine.
- 1995 – Conducted the first LASIK procedure in England.
- 1996 – Performed the first LASIK procedure in India.
- 2001 – Introduced the first Artisan PIOL in India (from Holland).
- 2001 – Conducted the first Zyoptix procedure in Andhra Pradesh.

- Artisan PIOL for High Myopia: Collaborated with Prof. John Worse in Holland to introduce Alpha PIOL in India, improving accessibility and treatment for high myopia.
- Posterior Chamber PIOL: Partnered with Staar ICL, Switzerland, to develop advanced Posterior Chamber PIOLs for enhanced vision correction.
- VICTUS FLACS Machine: Led research on TECHNOLAS Bausch & Lomb’s Femto Laser-Assisted Cataract Surgery (FLACS) device, approved by CE and FDA after successful trials in India. Inaugurated by Late President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.
- Teneo Excimer Laser Machine: Introduced on-table Biometry with Alcon ORA, pioneering precision in refractive surgeries in Asia.
- Glaucoma Drainage Device (MiniJect GDD): Conducted trials for iSTAR, Belgium, improving treatment for glaucoma.
