This Privacy Policy is applicable to all our group companies and, outlines our approach towards data protection and privacy in order to fulfil the obligations as per Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (the “Act”) and the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”), as prescribed thereunder.
This Privacy Policy defines the types of personal data (including sensitive personal data and information) collection, use, processing, safeguarding measures, transfer, disclosure of data, and also the rights of the data subject.
